Before using the Website and any service herein provided please make sure to read the following Terms and Conditions to make sure they contain all relevant information, that you are happy to share. I keep these terms updated making some amends from time to time, so please make sure to check them before using my Website and any Services, as the latest set will apply.
About you
By using this site you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
- Make sure that you are at least 18 years old.
- You will not access these site through automated and non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
- Have a credit or debit card allowed by my Website. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for my Website.
- Be authorised (the card must be in your name or you have permission to use it) to use that credit or debit card.
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, I have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the site (or any portion thereof).
Application
These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchases of the services or products by you (the customer or person/s your buying on behalf of). The person making the booking will be deemed to have agreed to these conditions on behalf of the person/s named in the booking. I am Victoria Ajoku (or me or I) trading for FantheGlorywithTori.
These are the terms on which I sell all services and products to you. By ordering any of the services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By using this site you’re agreeing not to use the site to make any false, fraudulent or speculative requests.
Fantheglorywithtori obtains the right at all times to refrain from discussing, debating, or answering queries (whether oral or written) regarding other craft based companies, institutions or independents and suppliers.

You are forbidden to, republish, copy, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, download, make available to the public or use Fantheglorywithtori content (inclusive of pricing information, URLS, images, text etc) in any way apart from non-commercial and personal use. Services and Products
Services means the services advertised on the Website.
The description of the Services and any Products is as set out in the Website, catalogue, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of any Products supplied.
In the case of Services and any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.
All Services and Products which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
At all times and on the particular day of service, e.g an ‘in person’ workshop for instance, please call the following number 07951856296. This number is your point of contact.
I can make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. I will always aim to notify you of these changes.
Shop Products
Prices of Items sold in the Online Shop are subject to change. Please make sure to check the Shop before buying any item(s).
I’ll make any effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications and details of the products available on the site. However, I cannot guarantee that the colours, features, specifications and details of the Products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of any errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the product(s). All products are subject to availability and I cannot guarantee that items will be in stock.
I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and for any reason.
Customer responsibilities
You must co-operate with me in all matters relating to the Services, provide me or my authorised employees and representative/s with access to any premises under your control as required, provide me with all information required to perform the Services and obtain any necessary licences and consents (unless otherwise agreed).
For the ‘Fan Out’ sessions, I will be expecting to be provided with a safe designated area to place all the equipment that I will use.
For ‘Fan In’ sessions, I will be expecting to be provided with a safe designated area to place the equipment that I will use. It is the responsibility of the participants to take extra care of their own belongings during the entire workshop sessions, as I may not be able to provide any secure storage areas for the ‘Fan In’ sessions. Participants are advised to bring only essential items with them.
Failure to comply with the above is a Customer default which entitles us to suspend performance of the Service until you remedy it or if you fail to remedy it following our request, I can terminate the Contract with immediate effect on written notice to you.
Personal Information
I retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.
I may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.
Basis of Sale
Goods means any good that I supply to you with the Services, of the number and description as set out in the Order;
Order means the Customer’s order for the Services or Products from the Supplier, as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website.
The description of the Service and any Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Service or Goods. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, I can reject it for any reason, although, I will try to tell you the reason without delay.
The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.
When making any booking please inform me in advance of any special needs or requirements.
Contract, means the legally-binding agreement between you and I for the supply of the Services.
A Contract will be formed for the Services ordered only when you receive an email from the Booking system or me confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform me immediately of any errors. I am not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to me giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (i.e. the Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event before performance begins of any of the Services.
No variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Services, Fees or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into, unless the variation is agreed by the Customer and Supplier in writing.
I intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that I can provide you with a different contract with terms which are more appropriate for you and which might, in some respect, be better for you, e.g. by giving you rights as a business.
Fees and Payment
The fees (Fees) for the Services, the price of any Goods (if not included in the Fees) and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the day I accept the Order or such other price as I may agree in writing. Prices for Services may be calculated on a fixed price or on a standard daily rate basis.
Fees, can however be subject to change and will be updated on the website. Fantheglorywithtori may change these terms and conditions at anytime, such changes will show online.
You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and I can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Services.
Services Delivery
Services means the services advertised on the Website.
I will deliver the Services, including any Goods, to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, within a reasonable time;
In any case, regardless of events beyond my control, such as bad weather or strikes (transport) if I do not deliver the Services on time (within an hour from the beginning of the performance), you can request to rearrange the Booking to another date. Kindly note, there are no refunds.
I do not generally deliver any Services outside of the UK. If, however, I accept an Order for delivery outside of the London area, you may get charged in advance for extra Services fees on top of transports costs and reimbursement of expenses, as I will not pay them. For services outside of the UK you will be charged for my travel expenses and other service costs.
Fantheglorywithtori is mainly open during the school term time. If you wish to have a session/s during the holidays this can be arranged in advance, please contact me at info@fantheglorywithtori.com.
If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of mine, to take the delivery of the Services at the Delivery Location, the Service will get charged in its entirety.
Shop purchases, Delivery and Payment.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the location you are ordering an item from. For that reason Shipping costs will be automatically updated during the purchase of the item(s).
Item(s) shipped is usually tracked and signed on delivery, although depending on the destination area tracking won’t be possible. In that case, you’ll be only required to sign the received parcel.
Delivery times can sometimes incur in delays. I will keep you updated as much, giving you as many details as possible about the tracking (whenever possible) of the parcel.
If the delivery may experience some problems and your parcel will be missing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me on info@fantheglorywithtori.com. I’ll make sure to help you track down your delivery.
Payments can be made through Paypal and Stripe, therefore I accept the following form of Payments:
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Maestro
- Visa
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made via the Site. All payments shall be in pounds. Prices of Products are subjected to Shipping fees.
I reserve the right to refuse any payment made through the site.
I may in my sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions might include placed by or under the same customer, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in my sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Shop Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days (starting from the day you received the item) to report (with the appropriate evidence e.g via photographs) that the product was faulty.
Orders During Covid-19 Onwards
While all measure is happening to fulfill your order swiftly, slight postponements may occur in shipping your items. Apologies, in advance for any inconvenience as a result from this.
Returns Policy During Covid-19 Onwards
Due to Covid-19 returns and exchanges are no longer not permitted. Partial refund/s can be given only on the basis that clear evidence has been shown of a faulty/damaged item. You have 14 days from receiving the item to get in touch via info@fantheglorywithtori.com to show such evidence e.g via photographs. I aim to partially refund you within 14 days of receiving the correct evidence of the item(s) (minus Stripe and/or Paypal transaction fees, applied at the time of the transaction). After the 14 day period, no partial refund/s will be allowed.
Also I cannot carry out any partial refund if:
The evidence presented shows the item(s) has been damaged (at the fault of the buyer), washed, altered or worn.
evidence presented shows the item(s) doesn’t match with that/those that have been originally purchased from the Shop.
In addition, If any purchase (of any Workshop, online or offline, or from the Online Boutique) on this site was made by mistake from you the buyer, this cannot be refunded. Only an alternative day and time, if its a workshop, can be re-negotiated.

Withdrawal and cancellation
If you choose to cancel any of fan making sessions (or if a session needs to be cancelled by the host due to unforeseeable circumstances), then no refund is given; however the session/s can and will be re-arranged for another available, day and time that suitable for both parties.
Duration, termination and suspension and permission
The Contract continues as long as it takes me to perform the Services.
Participants are responsible for their own safety during the entire duration of all sessions. I am not responsible for any injuries due to actions carried out that was not under my instruction to do so; or was carried out by participants outside of the timing/s of my instruction/s.
Either you or I may terminate the Contract or suspend the Services at any time by a written notice of termination or suspension to the other if that other:
a) commits a serious breach, or series of breaches resulting in a serious breach of the Contract, and the breach either cannot be fixed or is not fixed within 30 days of the written notice;
On termination of the Contract for any reason, any of our respective remaining rights and liabilities will be not affected.
Successor and our sub-contractors
Either party can transfer the benefit of this Contract to someone else, and will remain liable to the other for its obligation under the Contract. The Supplier will be liable for the act of any sub-contractors who it chooses to help perform its duties.
Circumstances beyond the control of either party
In the event of any failure by a party because of something beyond its reasonable control:
a) the party will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable; and
b) the party’s obligation will be suspended so far as is reasonable, provided that, that party will act reasonably, and the party will not be liable for any failure which could not reasonably be avoided, but this will not affect the Customer’s above rights relating to the Service (and the right to cancel).
Privacy
Your privacy is critical to me. I respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regards to your personal information.
For all workshop sessions, the moment payment has been made from you the buyer, you automatically give me permission to collect evidence of those workshops for instance through photography and live recordings which may be used for the website or our other social media platforms. It is your responsibility to hand out consent forms (in a school setting for instance) so I may know which participants are in agreement.
These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our privacy policy https://fantheglorywithtori.com/privacy-policy/ and cookies policy https://fantheglorywithtori.com/cookie-policy/.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
a) ‘Data Protection Laws’ means any applicable law relating to the processing of Personal Data, including but not limited to the Directive 94/95/EC (Data Protection Directive) or the GDPR.
b) ‘GDPR’ means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
c) ‘Data Controller’, ‘Personal Data’ and ‘Processing’ shall have the same meaning as in the GDPR.
I am the Data Controller of the Personal Data I Process in providing the Services and Goods to you.
Where you supply Personal Data to me, this is in order so I can provide Services and Goods to you, and I Process that Personal Data in the course of Providing the Services and Goods to you, I will comply with my obligation imposed in the Data Protection Laws:
a) before or at the time of collecting Personal Data, I will identify the purposes for which information is being collected;
b) I will only Process Personal Data for the purposes identified;
c) I will respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data; and
d) I will implement technical, and organisational measures to ensure your Personal Data is secure.

Excluding Liability
The Supplier does not exclude liability for:
(i) any fraudulent act or omission; or
(ii) death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of the Supplier’s other legal obligations.
Subject to this, I am not liable for:
(i) loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the Contract was made, or
(ii) loss (e.g loss of profit) to your business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a Consumer – because I believe you are not buying the Services and Goods wholly or mainly for your business trade, craft or profession.
Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.
Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.
I try to avoid any dispute, so I deal with complaints as follows:
If a dispute occurs, customers should contact me to find a solution. I will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 5 days.
Corrections
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to descriptions, pricing, availability and various other information. I reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
